Over the four days of the fair, Zagreb Fair will welcome manufacturers, architects, designers, as well as everyone who is furnishing, building, renovating, or looking for fresh ideas for their residential or commercial space.

Visitors can expect the latest trends in furniture and design, interior and exterior decoration, construction and furnishing, prefabricated and modular homes, heating and air-conditioning systems, as well as energy-efficient solutions.

This year, the segment of prefabricated and modular homes stands out in particular. Dom Projekt, Partas, Eko Box Adria, SMD Home, Boxly, Findom, Blach Trans, MX Konstrukcije, CI Produkt, AT House and Modul Dom will showcase different concepts of contemporary living, from functional and adaptable homes to energy-efficient models with modern designs.
Visitors will be able to view the homes up close, compare materials, construction methods, and furnishing options, and learn directly from manufacturers more about prices, timelines, and the advantages of this way of building.
Design and Current Housing Topics

The BravaCasa Design Awards will be presented at the fair with the support of Brava Casa magazine, highlighting outstanding design concepts and their creators.
Current opportunities in the real estate market will be discussed at the Forbes Croatia Roundtable titled “Who Is Buying Apartments in Croatia Today?”
The central professional event will be the conference “Construction and Investments 2026: The Architecture of Change”, which will take place on October 2nd. Representatives of public administration and financial institutions, investors, architects, and construction professionals will discuss urban district planning, construction financing, digitalization, and the impact of architecture on quality of life and property values.

StanZaSutra – a Space That Changes Lives for the Better


The socially responsible project StanZaSutra (Apartment for Tomorrow) is, this year again, gathering the public and private sectors around a concrete objective. The City of Zagreb, which also supports the project, is making a fully furnished 101-square-meter apartment available to SOS Children’s Villages Croatia for young people in the Semi-Independent Living Programme, while a faithful replica of the apartment will be installed at the fair.
JYSK is the project’s main partner, with Chromos, Elgrad, FEAL keramika, Gorenje, Gorica staklo, Konzum, Masiv Club, ROCKWOOL, SG Forma and VIVAX also participating. The project includes education in household management, providing young people with a new home but also with the knowledge and support they need to take a confident step towards independent living. Visitors to the fair will receive valuable insights into purchase planning and sustainable household budget management.
