Fragrant beauty, the rose, is certainly among the greatest floral inspirations, whether one is talking about the inspiration of painters, poets, or designers. In ancient times, the Greeks and Romans associated roses with Aphrodite and Venus. Red roses speak of passionate love. One rose in full bloom declares, “I love you,” and a bouquet of rosebuds compliments on youthful appearance and beauty.

Roses are blooming in the garden and inspiring the artists in us. The shapes and colors of these beautiful flowers also decorate home interiors. Roses adorn lighting, walls, furniture, home decor, and tableware, creating an artistic and romantic space. For instance, roses are a centerpiece, the tableware pattern, a bouquet of origami roses, and painted red-rose wallpaper.

To adorn your home with the symbols of love, a romantic color palette, flowers, scents, and flavors are all it takes.

Let’s start with the color palette. Red is the color of love, everybody knows that. This energetic color warms our hearts and our thoughts. Green, pink, peach, and white are also reputed to be colors of love.

Roses and cinnamon sticks can be decorative accessories on the table. “Speech” of flowers should be taken into account: in addition to roses that speak of love, there are rosemary and violets, symbolizing fidelity, and orchids, which represent beauty.

Sandalwood, jasmine, rose, and cinnamon scents create a romantic atmosphere.

When it comes to flavors, chocolate is usually associated with romance and can also be a decoration. For example, arrange chocolate candies in a heart shape and serve them on a platter.

Dishes in copper tones are the focal point of this romantic tablescape. Placemats of a floral shape add a touch of gold. Cutlery is of a contemporary design and in silver tones. The warmth of copper and golden tones is juxtaposed with the coolness of silver tones.

The traditional colors of romance are red and green. In this color palette, copper represents color red, and green comes in a couple of decorative details.

Flowers represent love and all its beauty. Placemats and napkin rings are flower-themed. The candle holders for the tealight candles are shaped as a lotus flower, which symbolizes light, love, and beauty. Candlelight and romance go hand in hand. Candles light up the scene and create a romantic mood.

For festive occasions, there is often a glass for either white wine or red wine, depending on the choice, and a champagne glass. For this floral-inspired tablescape, the champagne glasses are tulip-shaped, known as champagne tulips. The cloth napkins are decorated with floral napkin rings.
