What Is Biophilic Interior Design
Biophilic interior design is a creative way of designing and styling living and working spaces inspired by nature. This nature-themed design style is driven by the knowledge that humans have an evolutionary need to be in or near the natural world. The word “biophilia” refers to the innate human closeness to nature.
