The realization of a new furnishing project, branded by high-end Italian furniture company Francesco Pasi, has been recently completed. The Italian brand furnished the day area and the dining room of a luxury apartment in Kazakhstan. This newly constructed and designed apartment is located inside a modern high-rise palace in the city of Nursultan (Astana), the capital of Kazakhstan.
The client, through his interior designer, chose the furnishings of the collection Ellipse, impressed by the shapes, the colors and the materials proposed. The living/dining room of 110 square meters has been decorated in a contemporary style with some light classical traits, where rosewood, Gold Calacatta marble, metals, soft and luxurious fabrics, and nubuck are the protagonists of the stylish décor.
For the luxury furniture design – table, coffee table, sideboard – has been chosen the 100 gloss finishing, because the purpose was to give the maximum brightness to the surfaces, emphasizing the grain of rosewood on doors and drawers. For the sofas and chairs has been selected a light grey dove color which contrasts with the brightness of the wood, the marbles, and metals. The decorative cushions of sofa are in brilliant satin fabric to underline the opposition between the colors white, black and light blue/turquoise.
The smooth and wavy shapes of the upholstered elements contrast with the straight and geometric lines of the furniture, of the fireplace and the decorations behind the TV-wall unit. The precious onyxes Gold Calacatta and the golden metals match with the chandeliers and the lights. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, thanks to the mix of materials and the nuances that are chosen: from the color of natural wood to ivory till light dove grey.
