Wind 54, the new composition that Toncelli presented at Eurocucina 2014, is distinguished by its minimal design and wealth of charm, where exclusive and innovative materials play the absolute leading role and fully reflect the rich but discreet style of all Toncelli products. Wind 54 is characterised by an island structure with top and round-edged doors made of Eta Blanc cement and the Plinto table made of Ziricote wood, with a thickness of 10 cm and a cement base, resting on a lowered base to avoid altering the height.
The table can be self-supporting or positioned on columns against the wall. The cabinet, with six white glass doors, is presented with an imposing “frame” or Ziricote wood panelling. The interiors are total white, from the ceramic knives to the plate rack, from the drawers to all the Miele electrical appliances fitted in the kitchen.
The cabinet contains a tea column, elegantly made from Ziricote wood and inspired by the 20th century avant-garde style and, particularly, by the severity of the geometry of artist Piet Mondrian and by minimalism. The tea column comprises an oriental kit of unique items and accessories dedicated to the celebration of tea.
It consists of a pull-out table with a tray for collecting water, a drawer, two lateral pull-outs and a secret compartment, hidden on the back, with a sliding opening. It can be fitted inside the composition or freestanding, being equipped, by request, with legs made of steel or, in the light finish, of bamboo wood.
Wind 54 is an exclusive creation embellished by artisan craftsmanship, unique and rich materials and combinations capable of enhancing the beauty and functionality of a kitchen characterised by elegant, minimalist and exclusive design.
