With Monarch, Croatian passengers can now fly directly from Zagreb to London – Gatwick three times a week, and to Manchester twice a week.
Monarch, the leading independent airline and holiday company from Great Britain arrived in Zagreb on April 28, 2017, introducing both direct flights from Zagreb to London, while on Saturday, April 29, Monarch began with year-round direct flights from Zagreb to Manchester. Exactly a month after the opening of the brand new Franjo Tuđman International Airport, comes the first new airline, Monarch, whose main goal is to provide the quality connection between Croatia and Great Britain at very affordable prices.

The inauguration ceremony was also attended by Peter Clements, Deputy Ambassador of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Martina Bienenfeld, Director of Zagreb Tourist Board, and Monarch was presented by David Page, Director of Communications of Monarch Group.
The Easier Way to London, and English Language Schools in Cambridge and Oxford
Return flight tickets with all taxes included can be purchased at the price starting from 95 Euro. According to the schedule, you can fly to London on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and to Manchester on Saturdays and Mondays. The flight will be operated by Airbus A321.
According to the latest data from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, from Croatia to the UK in 2015 there were fifty thousand tourist trips lasting for one or more days, which is a big increase compared to the previous year when it in total we had thirty-two thousand trips. On the Croatian travel market, London proved to be an excellent destination for a short break filled with urban spirit, culture, the world’s leading attractions, and entertainment, and a favorite place for young people who want to learn English abroad.
